The SIAL International Food Exhibition in Paris is the world’s largest professional meeting in the food sector. SIAL Paris is a global showcase for the food industry that brings together the key producers and buyers to reveal the trends and innovations. In the previous editions, SIAL Paris welcomed over 265,000 trade visitors from 200 countries, 85% of international visitors, 7,000 exhibitors from 127 countries, 90% of international exhibitors, 400,000 featured products.
