“Responsible Behaviour & Smart Mobility: A Roadmap to Safe Road - Safe Life”

“Road Safety” is one of the paramount concerns across the globe. The expanding road network, rising motorization, travel risks and exposure to traffic growth resulting in road crashes and traffic injuries. Awareness, Responsible Behavior, Innovation & Technology are the key enablers to achieve the goal of safe road ecosystem. 

Aligning with the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to reduce road accidents by 50 percent by 2025 and aligning with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aiming to provide access to safe, affordable, accessible, equitable & sustainable transport systems for all by 2030.

In continuation of ASSOCHAM road safety awareness activities at the community level, more than 10,000 students were made aware during the last year, 2022–23.

To highlight the concerted efforts of key stakeholders to achieve the goal of “Safe Road–Safe Life, ASSOCHAM is organizing 7th Road Safety Conference - "Responsible Behaviour & Smart Mobility: A Roadmap to Safe Road-Safe Life” on Wednesday, 31st May 2023 in New Delhi.
