Virtual Interactive Session on The Competition Amendment Bill

The Competition (Amendment) Bill, 2022 has been introduced in Lok Sabha on 5th August 2022. The said Bill has to amend the competition law given due to a paradigm shift in the way businesses have operated in the last decade. 

The Bill is seeking substantive provisions to address the needs of new-age markets to further strengthen the Indian industry and enabling competitiveness across various business segments.

In view of its immense significance, the ASSOCHAM, National Council for Competition Law is organising Virtual Interactive Session on \"The Competition Amendment Bill - Key Takeaways” on Tuesday, 16 August 2022 from 4:00 PM Onwards at Virtual Platform.
