National Virtual Workshop "EMPOWERING EMPLOYEES THROUGH MIND RE-SKILLING"

We are pleased to share that ASSOCHAM National Council for HR & IR Policies & Reforms is organizing a national virtual workshop on "Empowering Employees Through Mind Re-Skilling - The way to Enhance HR Effectiveness and Productivity” on Tuesday, 19th April 2022 from 2:30 PM onwards.

About Workshop:
With the pandemic's impact on the economy fading, the industry is rapidly scaling up production and output levels back to pre-Covid levels. The pressing market demand for improved productivity that comes with the reopening of industry differs from the pre-covid reality in several respects. Many HR professionals are considering how to deal with the increasing number of cases of burnout, jadedness, and unwillingness. In addition, highly trained employees are growing more interested in joining the gig economy. Dealing with these emerging challenges necessitates corrective actions, with a focus on strategic human resource and productivity management. CEOs and HR professionals are actively seeking solutions to bring about positive behavioral changes in people so that they are able to work with increased productivity. 
 
About ASSOCHAM National Council on HR & IR Policies & Reforms:
