The Global Gender Report 2022 draws attention towards India\'s economic participation, which has considerably improved. However, the Global Gender Gap Index highlights it will now take 132 years - the gap reduced by four years since 2021 - to reach gender parity.

Today, women from different walks of life are scripting the nation\'s success story. Women leadership plays a crucial role through their tireless endeavours in building a truly inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered, irrespective of disparities and differences. Women empowerment is also required in all spheres, especially focusing on financial inclusion, health, education, and sports to empower our nation.
