GEM 6th International Sustainability Conclave & Expo 2024

ASSOCHAM’s focus has been on four pillars of sustainability, empowerment, entrepreneurship, and digitization. We are proud to introduce our GEM Green Building Certification program which is the first indigenous Green Building Certification Program of India in line with the Make in India initiative based upon BEE ECBC 2017 and NBC 2016. 

ASSOCHAM supports the LiFE initiative, a clarion call from our Hon’ble Prime Minister for bringing in changes in individual lifestyles for a climate resilient, sustainable, and just future. The G20 presidency also encourages pathways on environment and natural resources management. 

We are thrilled to announce that continuing its legacy of many years to connect the global community on built infrastructure and sustainability, the GEM 6th International Sustainability Conclave & Expo will be organized on 19 and 20 of January 2024 at 9:00 am at Hotel The Lalit, New Delhi. The GEM Conclave & Expo are the one of the largest and reputed events on built infrastructure and allied sectors in India. It attracts more than 1200+ reputed National and International Architects, MEP, Environment and Sustainability Consultants, industrialists including the prestigious delegates from various government departments along with several national associations. 

Following panel discussions will also be organized during the conference.

Friday, 19^th January 2024

• Session 2: Decarbonization of built infrastructure and industries
• Session 3: GEM towards eco-system restoration.

Saturday, 20^th January 2024

• Session 4: Eco friendly building materials - opportunities and challenges
• Session 5: Sustainable Built environment - Policies, financing, and stakeholders’ engagement
• Session 6: Resource conservation and circular economy for built infrastructure.
