5th National Summit Asset Reconstruction Companies

Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) have been playing a pivotal role in the Indian stressed asset space. Keeping in view their systemic significance, RBI had proactively constituted a committee last year headed by Mr. Sudarshan Sen to undertake a comprehensive review of functioning of ARCs and other several initiate has been taken by RBI recently for the core development of ARCs sector for the exclusive growth of the nation.

Earlier editions of the ASSOCHAM National Summit on Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCON) have been organized and they have received overwhelming response from the industry, in creating a vibrant platform for encouraging dialogue among policy makers, regulators and industry stakeholders.

To continue the dialogue, the ASSOCHAM with support of ARC Association of India, is organizing 5th National Summit on Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCON) with an objective to analyze the problems of Asset Reconstruction Companies in detail and to chart out a way forward, to enhance functional effectiveness of the ARCs.
