Demystifying Sustainability & Simplifying ESG

India is moving ahead with a clear roadmap to protect the environment and tackle climate change. It is well on track to become the third largest economy in the world. The strong emphasis on ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat or Self-Reliant India” is aiming to make our country and its citizens independent, and this vision is firmly rooted in sustainability. Further, our government is spearheading the movement to push India towards a circular economy through an environment-friendly, sustainable economic policy framework while taking the country on a high growth rate trajectory.

Vikasit Bharat @ 2047 visions to make India a developed nation by 2047 and therefore, concerning environment sustainability, its mains to make India greener and cleaner. The citizens of India play a crucial role in maintaining sustainable development as the human beings are the centre of all activities in an organisation and without them, business cannot be achieved.

In this regards, ASSOCHAM Goa State Development Council is organising a knowledge series on Demystifying Sustainability & Simplifying ESG on 19^th April, Friday from 3 PM to 5 PM onwards with an objective to raise in depth awareness on promoting responsible behaviour among the citizens, empowering the vivid stakeholders by imparting accurate knowledge, exchanging sustainable ideas for providing sustainable guidance and sharing insightful information to achieve sustainable development.

The series will also provide a platform to interact and discuss with expert and eminent speakers on the crucial topics of SDGs, ESG and Climate change for inclusive sustainable growth.
