About Program

ASSOCHAM 4th Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Awards & Conclave–2023

In today’s interconnected world, embracing diversity and cultivating a culture of inclusion within the workplace brings about numerous benefits that extend far beyond moral obligations. A diverse and inclusive workplace is one that makes everyone, regardless of who they are or what they do for the business, feel equally involved in and supported in all areas of the workplace. India is heading on a transformative journey where the government has made a move to inculcate D&I into practice by amending the laws or introducing new policies, and organisations have also realised the potential of diverse teams in achieving efficient targets. More employees and other stakeholders can connect with them because they represent an inclusive attitude.

More than 300 corporations across sectors participated in the last three editions of ASSOCHAM’s D&I Excellence Awards, and they were recognised in the presence of the Government and corporations in the conclave.

Some pages of the publication are dedicated to advertisements, and you may also submit advertisements for the brand.
