ASSOCHAM 3rd Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Awards & Conclave–2022

Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) at the workplace is a prerequisite for overall development & growth. It helps an organization to achieve more as it acknowledges the diverse skills and perspectives that people bring at the workplace. The core objective of adopting, inculcating, and promoting D&I culture is to empower every employee and achieve optimum results. Hence, corporate are accelerating equity and inclusion culture for all. Diversity and Inclusion is a win-win situation for Government and Industry alike. Creating an inclusive culture and accessible infrastructure is the utmost priority of corporations and governments.

ASSOCHAM Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Awards recognize the outstanding work of the nation’s most inclusive organizations. More than 200 Corporate across sectors participated in the last two ASSOCHAM D&I Excellence awards and they were recognized in presence of the Government and Corporates in the conclave.

ASSOCHAM is also bringing out a publication on Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. On behalf of their leadership, Organizations may submit write-up, article or case study related to D&I within 500 words or one page. A few pages of the publication are reserved for advertisements, and you may also submit the advertisements for branding.
