• Take up the issues at the highest level raised by the VCAI members on policy
  matters & industry from time to time and facilitate conducive environment for growth
  of the industry.
• Facilitate/hold meetings with senior Govt. Officials, Ministers and visiting Foreign
  Dignitaries with a view to promote and nurture the industry.
• Venture Capital Association Of India (VCAI) will assist the venture capitalist in
  assessing & basic evaluation of proposals/projects/start ups, for which it may charge
  a basic fee from the company seeking funding.
• Regular meetings of the VCAI be held annually to elaborate upon issues, challenges
  and opportunities facing the industry.
• The interest of VCAI shall be protected by the secretariat provided by Assocham.
  Assocham will take up VCAI as Secretariat Affiliate.
• E-mail notification of VCAI and other industry events.
• Right to use VCAI’s logo on web site and stationery.
• Promotion of member events in VCAI’s E-mail updates.
• Inclusion in VCAI Quarterly trends survey.
• Inclusion and receipt of research studies undertaken by VCAI and partners.
• Preferred access to industry events at discounted rate (where VCAI is Co-Sponsor/supporting association).

Membership Fees

• Membership Fee of Rs. 75,000/- Annually by each Member.
• A one time Admission Fee of Rs. 2,000/- shall be charged to all new Applicants.
