With great pleasure and pride we are pleased to inform you that ASSOCHAM in association with Ministry of Commerce & Industry of India is mounting a business delegation cum catalogue show in 24^th Tokyo Business Summit, 2^nd -3^rd September 2010, Tokyo Japan. In its effort to strengthen the trade relation with Japan, ASSOCHAM believes that sustained efforts to strengthen and diversify them are bound to bring rich dividends in terms of closer economic ties and businesses. There is substantial untapped potential for growth between the two countries.

After successfully organizing exhibitions of Indian products in Sudan, Sharjah, Sana’a, Djibouti besides taking business delegations to various countries in across the globe, ASSOCHAM has decided to organize this delegation as a sequel to its previous successful delegation on Special Economic Zone to Tokyo, Osaka & Yokohama in July 2009.

The 24^th Tokyo Business Summit is specially designed for the SME’s all over the Japan & abroad covering large variety of products/ fields. Potential products and services portfolio to be showcased during the Summit are

1.       Food: Food Products, food related products, processed and value added food products, agriculture services

2.       Environment: Environment conscious products and services

3.       Senior Food:  functional food, functional food related products and services

4.       IT- Business Support, IT related products, business support products and services

5.       New Products: New variety of products, apparel related products, imported product, daily care products that seek market expansion

6.       Franchise and Agency Matching

Activities to be undertaken

The two days Summit will bring to the world the best of Indian technology, services and products. The show will see involvement of Indian Embassy and Japanese Embassy and premier trade promoting bodies on either side will pave the way for newer, larger and better export / import markets for entrepreneurs and large conglomerates alike. Meetings would be arranged for the members of ASSOCHAM delegation with the business community, senior government officials and the office bearers of the chambers of commerce in Japan.

ASSOCHAM will be setting up India Pavilion of provide space for the participating delegates to showcase there company profile or product catalogues/ print material in India Pavilion at the exhibition venue. Apart this we shall be printing participating delegates profile to be circulated during BSM and B2B Meetings.

Registration Fees: 

Delegation fee : Rs.30,000/- per delegate 

Deadline for registering for the delegation is 15th August 2010. The registration form may kindly be sent back, duly filled in, at the earliest.  We look forward to receiving your kind concurrence in the Registration Proforma, latest by August 15, 2010.
