| Good corporate governance practices are a must prescription for sustainable business that generates long term value to all its shareholders and stakeholders. Some of the aspects of good corporate governance tenets are already enshrined in the law of the land and administered by regulatory mechanism of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, SEBI and other sectoral regulators. However, a transparent, ethical, responsible and responsive corporate governance structure takes its roots from the earnest will and desire for right governance ingrained in the business entity.
